Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to receive it within 8-12 business days after purchase, depending on customs clearance. Deliveries to the USA may be a bit quicker than those to the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Ship times may be longer for most European and Asian countries.

Important Notes:

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods.

  • We do not collect these fees in advance and cannot provide estimates—costs vary worldwide.

  • As an international customer, please research your country’s import policies to avoid unexpected charges when clearing your package through customs.

Order Returns & Issues:

Orders may be returned for reasons including:

  • Non-payment of tariffs

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed at the post office

If your package is returned or rejected, we will contact you, and you will need to either:

  • Pay for re-shipment, or

  • Cancel your order for a refund (minus any original shipping fees).
