How long does delivery take?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@novaraglow.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Please contact us at support@novaraglow.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.

Are your hair extensions real or synthetic?
We offer both. Our Layered Ponytail and Flexible Ponytail extensions are made from premium synthetic fibres designed to mimic the look and feel of natural hair. Our Straight Clip-In Hair Extensions are 100% Brazilian Remy human hair.
How do I choose the right colour?
Match your extension colour to your mid-lengths rather than your roots for the most natural blend. If you have highlighted or balayage hair, choose a shade that matches your lightest tones. When in doubt, contact us at support@novaraglow.com and we'll help you find your perfect match.
How long do extensions last?
With proper care, our premium synthetic extensions last 6–12 months and our Remy human hair extensions last 12–24 months. Store your extensions on a hanger when not in use and brush gently from ends to roots.
Is the High Frequency Wand safe to use at home?
Yes — our wand is designed for safe home use. Always apply to clean, dry skin and move in slow circular motions. Avoid use over broken skin, active rashes, or if you have a pacemaker or metal implants. Start with 3-minute sessions and build up gradually.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@novaraglow.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@novaraglow.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
